Yes. All website and network projects come with 30 days of free post-delivery support. After that, we offer affordable monthly maintenance and support retainer plans. Existing clients also get access to our client portal to raise tickets, check renewals, and track their services 24/7.
Our main office is at 23 Kingsley Akpabio Street, Nigeria (in Akwa Ibom State). We serve clients across Nigeria — Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Eket — and internationally. On-site visits for networking and server projects are available within our coverage area; all other services are delivered remotely.
Websites & Design
Timelines depend on the scope:
• 5-page starter website: 7–10 working days
• Business website with CMS: 14–21 working days
• E-commerce store: 21–30 working days
• Custom portals/web apps: 30–60+ working days
Timelines begin once we receive your content, branding assets, and confirmed requirements. Delays in providing content from your end will extend the timeline.

Yes. Every website we build is fully mobile-responsive — meaning it automatically adapts to look great on any screen size, from smartphones to large desktop monitors. Over 70% of web traffic in Nigeria comes from mobile devices, so this is a priority for us on every project.
Yes, 100%. Once the project is paid in full, you own the website — all source files, code, images, and content. There are no lock-in fees. You can even move the website to another host if you choose (though we hope our service keeps you with us!).
For Business and E-Commerce packages, we build on a Content Management System (CMS) that lets you update text, images, and blog posts yourself without any coding knowledge. We also provide a short training session on how to use it. Alternatively, our maintenance plans let us handle all updates for you.
To start a website project, we need:
• Your logo (or we can design one separately)
• Your brand colours (if any)
• Text content for each page
• Images (or we source professional stock images for you)
• Any reference websites you like
• A domain name (or we register one for you)
We guide you through this process step by step — don't worry if you don't have everything ready.

Yes. Website redesign is one of our most popular services. We'll review your current site, understand what you want to keep and what to improve, and build you a fresh, modern version. Pricing follows the same structure as new website builds — see our pricing page.
Yes. We integrate Paystack, Flutterwave, and other Nigerian payment gateways into e-commerce websites and custom portals. International payment options (Stripe, PayPal) are also available for clients serving customers outside Nigeria.
Hosting & Domains
.com.ng is a Nigeria-specific domain extension managed by NiRA (Nigerian Internet Registration Association). It signals a local Nigerian business and is often preferred for credibility with Nigerian customers. It's also cheaper (₦7,500/yr vs ₦28,000/yr for .com).
.com is the global standard extension with universal recognition. It's ideal if you're targeting an international audience or want the broadest brand recognition. Many businesses register both to protect their brand.

We send renewal reminders via email, WhatsApp, and through your client portal starting 60 days before expiry. If a domain expires, it enters a grace period (typically 30 days) during which you can still renew it — but your website and email will go offline. After the grace period it enters a redemption phase (higher fee), and eventually becomes available to the public. We strongly recommend setting up auto-renewal.
Yes. All our hosting plans include professional email hosting via cPanel. You can create email addresses like info@yourbusiness.com, sales@yourbusiness.com, etc. The Starter plan supports 10 email accounts; Business and Enterprise plans support unlimited email accounts.
Yes. We handle domain and hosting transfers regularly. Domain transfers cost ₦5,000 and include a free 1-year extension. Hosting migrations are done free of charge — we copy all your website files, databases, and email accounts to our servers and ensure there's no downtime during the switch.
Yes. All hosting plans include daily automated backups. Starter plans retain 7 days of backups; Business plans retain 30 days; Enterprise plans include off-site backup storage. We can restore your website to any backup point upon request. We also recommend clients on CMS websites to use additional backup plugins for extra safety.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all hosting plans, backed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our infrastructure uses enterprise-grade hardware with redundant power and network connections. In the rare event of downtime, we work immediately to restore service and provide full transparency on the cause.
Networking & IT Support
Yes, we do. We have completed network projects in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, and other states. For projects outside our immediate area, travel and accommodation costs are quoted as part of the project fee. Contact us with your location and requirements for a site-specific quote.
We have completed network installations for hotels (Korbit Galaxy Hotel, Utimanik Suites), schools (Teeves International Schools, Manful ICT Hub), offices, clinics, and churches. Our experience spans small office setups to full-building enterprise networks with 100+ connection points.
For clients on our Monthly Retainer — Premium plan, we guarantee a 1-hour response time to critical issues. Basic retainer clients get a 2-hour response. Per-incident remote support is typically available within 4 hours. On-site visits are scheduled within 24 hours. For urgent WhatsApp messages, we often respond within minutes during business hours.
Yes. We can set up VPN, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), cloud-based file sharing, and secure email solutions to enable your team to work from anywhere. This falls under our server setup and IT support services. Contact us to discuss your remote work requirements.

Yes. For website design and network/server projects, we require a 50% deposit before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and before the website goes live or the network is handed over. Monthly retainer and hosting plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
The prices listed on our pricing page are base prices. VAT at 7.5% (as mandated by the Federal Inland Revenue Service of Nigeria) may apply to applicable transactions. Your invoice will clearly state whether VAT is applied. Withholding Tax (WHT) deductions by corporate clients are accepted — please inform us at invoicing stage.
Yes. We offer bundle discounts for clients who take multiple services — for example, domain + hosting, or hosting + maintenance plan. Long-term clients and those who pay annually also receive preferential rates. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll put together the best package for your budget.
For hosting and domain services that have been provisioned, refunds are not available as these costs are immediately incurred with upstream providers. For website design projects, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun. If we are unable to deliver a project as agreed, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. See our full Terms of Service for details.
